The twitter account of Netflix’s true crime series Unsolved Mysteries announced a big update to one of their most tragic episodes. The body of Alonzo Brooks, whose death was detailed in episode 4, ‘No Ride Home,’ has been exhumed and his case reopened by the FBI. In April 2004, Alonzo attended a party with his friends out in La Cygne, Kansas, approximately 50 miles from his hometown of Gardner. During the party, Brooks allegedly got into a racially-motivated altercation with another partygoer....
Netflix has announced plans to bring the cast of the upcoming Netflix TV adaptation of The Witcher to SDCC, as well as releasing a new cover and photos of the cast in costume. This will be the fan’s first glimpse into what they can expect from the much anticipated series since the infamous “potion sip” camera test of Henry Cavill from last October. With the alleged release in Autumn 2019 coming up fast, many were hoping for an SDCC appearance, and it seems that Netflix is delivering....
Electronic Arts confirmed that BioWare’s in-development, new IP has had its release pushed out of Fiscal Year 2019. Codename Dylan, the project was previously confirmed for a Fiscal Year 2018 launch just a few months ago during an official Electronic Arts financial call. The updated release window came as part of Electronics Arts’ latest quarterly investments call, confirming the delay past March of 2018. According to EA CEO Andrew Wilson, the delay is part of a decision to expand the game’s social features....
New gameplay has been shown of Code Vein during the ongoing Japanese convention Anime Expo. While short, the gameplay trailer provides the closest look at combat in Code Vein yet, beyond some of the exclusive direct feed footage from the E3 2017 demo. Tyler “Ninja” Blevins, quite possibly the most well-known professional Fortnite streamer and player, has signed a three-book deal with Random House with and Ten Speed Press. The agreement will produce a guidebook, notebook, and graphic novel. The guidebook, tentatively titled Ninja: Get Good, is written with the intent of helping players become better at the game, featuring tips and tricks to up their experiences each match. The Ninja Notebook, simply for jotting down whatever one likes, comes with stickers and prompts written by Ninja, and will release alongside the guidebook in August of 2019....

Despite Nintendo’s continued radio silence regarding the potential release of a more powerful Switch, additional details about the console have emerged. The Switch is quickly becoming one of the most successful consoles in Nintendo history. In a reply to a fan on Twitter, No Man’s Sky composer Paul Weir reveals that the game’s first content update is in the works and will include new music. Following its rocky and much talked about launch last month, Hello Games’ space exploration title No Man’s Sky has received several patches in an effort to fix its technical problems. These updates have included fixes for the max inventory exploit as well as general stability improvements as Hello Games aims to stop No Man’s Sky from crashing on PS4....

From the moment it was revealed, Obsidian Entertainment’s new RPG Avowed has drawn comparisons to Skyrim and The Elder Scrolls 6, for good reason.
