OnePlus is reportedly working on its own foldable phone range, according to an industry tipster, for release this year. In fact, it may even tease a couple of devices during its OnePlus 11 event in India on 7 February with a planned launch “soon”. On its website, Onion Games, an indie game studio from Japan, has revealed today the development of a new sandbox RPG. The announcement was accompanied by a statement from company founder Yoshiro Kimura, creator of Moon, Million Onion Hotel, Black Bird, and Dandy Dungeon. “I’ve decided Onion Games will make our first sandbox RPG. I think this will probably be my final RPG. I’m sure I’ll suffer through comparing it with my past works....

I’ve only played a bit of Outriders so far, and not really enough to comment on the game itself. With its arrival on Game Pass, I switched from playing the demo on PlayStation to starting afresh on Xbox, so I’ve only just caught up to where I was before. It seems a little dull so far, with a bit too much brrap-brrap-pew-pew and not enough character development - plus the lighting is still awful - but I’m willing to give it more of a chance before I tear it to pieces over that....

Players have unearthed a number of amusing Overwatch exploits ever since the multiplayer shooter was launched last May, and it appears that fans have have discovered a brand new glitch in which the game’s resident healer Mercy can channel her inner phoenix. In the latest build of Overwatch, a Reddit user by the name of Rosilia discovered that when the “hello” emote is used while Mercy is floating through the sky with her “Angelic Descent” passive ability, the character’s wings will double in size and glow bright green....

Revealed as a surprise during Nintendo’s E3 2019 direct stream, Panzer Dragoon: Remake was set to revive a classic Sega franchise for a new age. A modernization of the 1996 Sega Saturn original, it looked to be an incredibly faithful recreation of the early days of on-rail shooters…maybe too faithful. That was reflected in many reviews, but the title is still solid enough for a lazy afternoon play. Until now, the only way to experience Panzer Dragoon: Remake was on Switch or through Stadia....

Nothing goes together quite like a James Gunn project and a truly banging soundtrack. Music, more specifically pop music, has been a major part of Gunn’s repertoire for his entire film career. The writer/director put some of the most obscure Marvel characters on the map thanks to a pitch-perfect ‘70s pop soundtrack in Guardians of the Galaxy. Capcom has confirmed that the slowdown issue caused by the friend list in the Monster Hunter Rise demo will be fixed in the full version of the game. A demo for Monster Hunter Rise was released on the Nintendo eShop on January 8. The demo includes two single-player tutorial missions and two hunts that can be played solo, or with friends. Conflicting reports about the performance of the demo started making the rounds, with some claiming that the game ran silky smooth when playing online, while others claimed the game suffered severe lag issues....

Prepping for Monster Hunter World: Iceborne’s upcoming sunsetting, Capcom has released a new trailer to detail everything coming to the game with the fifth and final free title update. As is implied by the game’s history of introducing new monsters for players to hunt with each title update, this final load of additional content will bring new enemies and Halloween-themed gear.
