If you thought Detour was short, Outriders’ Mayhem quest is arguably shorter. There is one main objective here: kill the Chrysaloid. This behemoth of a boss has thrown your truck into a dangerous detour. As a boss fight, this enemy is fairly easy. So long as you know how to enter cover and dodge, this fight should be the least of your worries. Make sure you bring a medium to long-range weapon before starting this quest, as close-range weapons are useless here....

Outriders, the in-development co-op RPG-shooter from People Can Fly, has received a very impressive reception for its recently released demo. Both the demo and pre-purchases for the full game are already climbing the Steam charts for concurrent players and revenue. People Can Fly isn’t wasting any time, either. It’s already detailing planned changes for Outriders’ launch on April 1, as well as a demo patch for early next week. One of the focuses of that patch will be addressing progression-breaking farming....

With the inaugural season for the Overwatch League beginning tomorrow, fans of Blizzard’s team-based shooter looking to tune in might be wondering exactly where they can go to watch the action unfold. Although the company’s announcement has come down to the wire, Blizzard has finally revealed that Twitch will be the exclusive third-party streaming partner of the professional eSports league for the game. According to Blizzard’s announcement, Twitch is set to broadcast each and every Overwatch League match live over the course of the league’s first two seasons in English, French, and Korean, with this two-year deal for exclusive broadcast rights including playoffs and championship matches....

Although the Second Edition of the iconic fantasy tabletop RPG, Pathfinder, came out just over a year ago now, new playable content has continued to emerge. Following August’s release of the Advanced Player’s Guide, the game’s publishers have just released a new repeatable mini-adventure, available for the low, low price of $2. The mini-adventure, officially called “Pathfinder Bounty #1: The Whitefang Wyrm,” was written by Michael Sayre and is set in an arctic-inspired region called The Crown of the World....

While Mortal Kombat 11 has earned mostly high review scores, the game has also experienced its fair share of criticism. For example, there were some fans who were disappointed with the Mortal Kombat 11 roster, as their favorite character didn’t make the cut for whatever reason. One of the most controversial exclusions on the Mortal Kombat 11 roster is Mileena, and while she still isn’t confirmed as a DLC character, game director Ed Boon has taken to Twitter recently to tease fans who want to see her added to the game....

NetherRealm Studios has announced that no more DLCs will be coming for Mortal Kombat 11 and that the studio will be moving onto its next project. “NetherRealm is now focusing on its next project and after more than two years of supporting Mortal Kombat 11, DLC for the game, including characters, has come to an end,” said the official Mortal Kombat Twitter handle. Mortal Kombat 11 saw a total of 12 post-release characters, featuring series favourites like Shang Tsung, Sindel, and Fujin....

Mortal Kombat X is one fighting game that certainly doesn’t suffer from a shortage of playable characters. Netflix has released a trailer for its upcoming animated series Blood of Zeus from the studio behind their hit adaptation of Konami’s Castlevania, Powerhouse Animation Studios. Previously known as Gods & Heroes, the 8 episode series is based on Greek mythology and will focus on Heron, a commoner who finds out he’s the illegitimate son of Zeus and must defend humanity from an evil demon army. Created by Greek American brothers Charley and Vlas Parlapanides, Blood of Zeus isn’t their first time working with Greek mythology and anime....
