Rumors that Ninja Gaiden Master Collection are based on the PS Vita versions of Ninja Gaiden Sigma and Ninja Gaiden Sigma 2 are false, Koei Tecmo said in a statement to Eurogamer. “The Ninja Gaiden Master Collection is based on the PS3 version in quality (such as CG models, etc), but will include modes from the PS Vita version.” Last weekend, ResetEra users began comparing Ninja Gaiden Master Collection’s trailer to footage from the original games and found that the texture resolution from the trailer was lower than what was found on the PS3 version of Ninja Gaiden Sigma....

Nintendo is really serious about not selling Super Mario 3D All-Stars after March 31, 2021. A new report from Video Games Chronicle has confirmed that the Big N will be pulling all physical copies of the Mario compilation from its Tokyo store on April 1, 2021. Youtube game documentary channel Noclip premiered a new film on the history of Arkane Studios yesterday which revealed the existence of a canceled Half-Life 2 spin-off. Prior to the documentary’s release, very few people were even aware that the game existed. Titled Ravenholm, the game featured Half-Life: Opposing Forces protagonist Adrian Shephard as the player character and would reintroduce Half-Life 2’s most popular character, Father Gregory. As a precursor to Arkane’s immersive-sim games Dishonored and PREY, Ravenholm took the setting and gameplay of Half-Life 2 and layered in a series of interesting weapons and mechanics that would lead to exciting emergent gameplay....

Early this morning, Nvidia took the covers off the RTX 3080 Ti and 3070 Ti, two widely expected upgrades of the current RTX 3080 and 3070. Both offer greater power and performance than their predecessors for an increased price, but with the current chip shortage, whether you’ll be able to find either of these cards is an open question. The 3080 Ti arrives on June 3 with an MSRP of $1199–that’s almost 60% more than the $699 price tag of the 3080, although it’s almost impossible to find a 3080 for that price....
