NetherRealm recently announced a new story DLC coming to Mortal Kombat 11 through an impressive announcement trailer that shows off the updates coming to the fighting game. However, it appears that while the trailer shows off a number of the brutal combos, finishers, and intros that the Mortal Kombat series has become famous for, it also has its fair share of Easter Eggs and in-universe references. The new DLC for Mortal Kombat 11, titled Aftermath, is set to release on May 26th and bring with it a number of new DLC characters, as well as a whole new story for players to fight through....

NetherRealm Studios just released the Aftermath DLC expansion for Mortal Kombat 11, which added three new fighters, more stages, mechanics like Friendships and Stage Fatalities, as well as patches for fighters all over MK11’s roster. Though minor updates will undoubtedly continue for the game as its meta evolves, some may be wondering what’s coming next for the studio. It seems Creative Director Ed Boon is thinking about what possibilities will arise from the next-generation PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X....

Remember the beloved Ace Attorney games, or the joy of visual novel mysteries that always kept you on your toes? What if I told you that there’s a game that combines both of those aspects, in a clever and overall entertaining way? Murder By Numbers combines the storytelling of Ace Attorney with the charm of Picross for an altogether delightfully entertaining murder mystery game....

The release date for the game is listed as December 31st, but that’s almost certainly a placeholder, as we’ve seen them used before in similar situations for games that have only have the year of their release date announced. The variety of vehicles that players can access in Grand Theft Auto Online continues to grow, as the Nagasaki Stryder makes its way into the game. This three-wheeled motorcycle looks like a cross between a traditional motorcycle and an ATV. While the new vehicle looks to be a fun addition to the already impressive roster of vehicles available, the developers seem to be throwing some shade at their own creation....

This is especially true if you’re a fan of The Sandman, the acclaimed comic book series written by Gaiman and published by DC Comics. Earlier this year, Audible released a multi-part audio drama directed by Dirk Maggs with Gaiman acting as the creative director, executive producer, and narrator on the project, and Netflix continues to move forward with its own screen adaptation of the graphic novel....

There’s a lot of Resident Evil media coming to Netflix. Not only is there a live-action series currently in development that has something to do with Wesker’s kids, but there’s also an animated series starring Leon S. Kennedy and Claire Redfield that’s coming next year. It’s called Resident Evil: Infinite Darkness, and according to Netflix, it’ll be set in the official Resident Evil canon. “When biohazards run wild, only a pair of veteran zombie slayers can get the job done,” Netflix writes on Twitter....

Ahead of its 2018 release, Sony continues to reveal more and more tidbits about God of War. In addition to revealing that the upcoming PS4 exclusive is the ‘most brutal’ game in the series yet, the company has now published a new set of God of War concept art. The latest batch of God of War art was unlocked after fans deciphered a set of runes. The phrase was ‘Realm of Mysteries,’ fans successfully figured out, seeing the PlayStation Twitter account reward them with some concepts of Midgard....

After it was confirmed that Assassin’s Creed 3 would root itself right in the middle of the American Revolution, thoughts of leaping from building to building and exploring colonial America fascinated many fans of the beloved series. Ubsisoft even mentioned that players unfamiliar with the franchise will find Assassin’s Creed 3 an easy entry into the series as the three-game story of Ezio came to a conclusion last year in Revelations....

Multiple games were announced today at Microsoft’s Xbox Games Showcase, including State of Decay 3 from developer Undead Labs. But perhaps one of the most exciting announcements is the next single-player RPG Avowed from the acclaimed studio Obsidian Entertainment. Obsidian has been around for a very long time. The studio began as a collective of developers who left Black Isle Studios, the creators of the original Fallout and Fallout 2, before its closure....

The New Xbox One Experience is available today to all Xbox One users. The new update also introduces backward compatibility to the current-gen systems. It’s the 12th of November and that can only mean one thing: the New Xbox One Experience update is live. The download is becoming available to Xbox users all over the world and will be just under 1.2 GB in size. Not only does the update allow for backward compatibility, which should be available within a few hours, Microsoft claims it will also make the Xbox One’s dashboard around 50% faster....

PlayStation announces that the popular JRPG, Ni No Kuni will be getting a sequel. Ni No Kuni 2: Revenant Kingdom is once again being developed by Level-5. Today’s PlayStation Experience keynote presentation has revealed that critically adored JRPG Ni No Kuni will be getting a sequel. The next game, entitled Ni No Kuni 2: Revenant Kingdom, will be exclusive to the PS4. The sequel will tell the story of a young king named Evan, who travels through a kingdom swallowed by darkness to prove himself as a worthy monarch....

iCarly was a spectacular sitcom that stars Miranda Cosgrove, who previously played the devious little sister of Drake and Josh from, well, Drake & Josh. The premise is a girl named Carly Shay who has to fill in for her teacher for auditions for the school’s talent show. Her best friend Sam Puckett and Freddie Benson joined in to help, and when the latter filmed them talking, it went viral. After her teacher rejected the auditions, this gives Carly an idea to start a web show and call it iCarly....

Now that Deadly Premonition 2: A Blessing In Disguise reviews are out in the open, some people and media outlets are giving their honest thoughts, impressions, and critiques about the game. One common complaint that almost all reviews have stated thus far is that the game suffers from a poor framerate, which in return produces choppy and stuttery gameplay. As it turns out, there are no immediate plans to address the issue, and fans will have to deal with the framerate problems for now....

The new Nintendo Switch OLED is not the Switch Pro that most of us were expecting, but it is at least a significant upgrade over the original. It has a new 7-inch OLED screen (up from the 6.2 inches on the original Switch), an adjustable stand, better audio, and a LAN port. And along with the Switch OLED’s announcement came brand new footage of the upcoming Pokemon Brilliant Diamond & Shining Pearl games....

It’s a troubling week for No Man’s Sky as statistics are revealed, indicating that 90% of the game’s playerbase have dropped off after less than 2 weeks. No Man’s Sky was without a doubt, one of the most anticipated games of this year. After many months of delay, the spcae-exploration title finally released earlier this month - and things are not going well. Although No Man’s Sky delivered on its promise of 18 quintillion explorable planets, it seems that a lack of a real story as well as variation in core gameplay has put off a lot of gamers, as the amount of active players has fallen dramatically after less than 2 weeks....
