One day the streaming wars will slow down, but alas that day is not here yet. On Feb. 24, ViacomCBS confirmed all the details of its upcoming all-encompassing streaming service: Paramount+. This new streaming service will replace ViacomCBS’s existing option, CBS All Access, and is designed to keep the major media conglomerate competitive with its peers like WarnerMedia’s HBO Max, NBCUniversal’s Peacock, and Disney’s Disney+ “In today’s entertainment landscape, ViacomCBS stands aprt as the only media company to fully embrace every segment of the streaming universe across free, premium and pay,” said Bob Bakish, President and Chief Executive Officer, ViacomCBS....

Path of Exile is receiving a pretty hefty patch this week, which players will be pleased to find fixes a lot of bugs and crashes, and makes improvements to PvP and the game’s performance on Mac. The 3.13.1e patch should automatically download and install itself when you next start the game up. According to the patch notes released on the Path of Exile website earlier this week, you can expect around 40 general improvements and bug fixes to be implemented....

We still don’t have all of the details on how the PlayStation 5’s backward compatibility will work, but we can at least count on most new PlayStation 4 releases as being fully functional. In a new document posted to Sony’s internal partner website, the company states that all PS4 submissions from July 13, 2020, onward must be compatible with its next-generation console. The first-person survival horror will see fans tasked with documenting ghost activity in a haunted American forest - Devil’s Tramping Ground in North Carolina.
