Sony has released a new firmware update for the PlayStation 5 that adds support for the DualSense Edge controller. System software 22.02-06.50.00 is rolling out now and allows the new pro controller from Sony itself to work effectively with the console. If you don’t already have the software, you should get it soon as it is available in your region. If the software has failed to install for any reason, you can restart the process manually by heading to downloads/uploads in the control center, hit “view error info” and tap “try again”....

Bandai Namco has released a new Tekken 7 trailer dedicated to its upcoming character — a fictional prime minister from Poland named Lidia Sobieska. The new DLC with the heroine and the new Island Paradise stage launches on March 23 across all platforms. Tekken 7 has received plenty of DLC packs since its original launch in 2017, including all-new fighters and stages. As of today, you can choose from more than 50 different combatants, including guest characters from Walking Dead, Street Fighter, and others....

Outriders is only a few days away, and People Can Fly continues to fuel players’ interest in the upcoming co-op action with superpowers. In a new animated short, the developers revealed some Outriders backstory, which is not evident through the game’s prologue. The recent Outriders demo allows all the players a chance to establish on Enoch planet, offering a taste for the first gameplay hours, including the short cinematic prologue. However, many details of the project’s opening remain unknown....

Just about a month away from the game’s release date, Blizzard has officially shut down the Overwatch closed beta after running it off and on for six months. Nintendo wasn’t kidding when it said the customization options on the Nintendo Switch version of Miitopia run deep. Destiny 2 currently has a new event active in-game called Faction Rally, where players pledge to one of three factions to earn tokens that can be traded in for weapons and armor. There are a set of weapons unique to each factions that players can get their hands on, but it appears that these are just a portion of each factions ultimate arsenal. Fans discovered a number of other faction-specific weapons in the Destiny 2 database, which almost surely means that these weapons will find their way into the loot pool for the game’s next round of the Faction Rally....

During Ubisoft’s E3 2019 Showcase, a new comedy series was announced from Rob McElhenney, creator of the popular sitcom, It’s Always Sunny in Philadelphia. Mythic Quest: Raven’s Banquet follows a video game developer that’s working on the first expansion for their incredibly successful MMORPG, Mythic Quest.
