Fans of the stress-inducing Overcooked games—developed by Ghost Town—are going to want to make sure they check out the upcoming title Shakes on a Plane from developer Huu Games. While this isn’t a new addition to the Overcooked series, we can rest assured that this game isn’t going to be any easier.

Shakes on a Plane takes us into the world of serving food in the skies by asking us to serve passengers in conjunction with up to 3 other crewmates. Of course, this isn’t going to be an easy task, as you avoid walking passengers, runaway serving stations, and deal with turbulence among other things. If you’ve ever played a game of Overcooked some of these scenarios are going to feel familiar.

We can expect the game to be released on the Nintendo Switch this November, as well as on PC—there no word of its release on other consoles. According to their Steam profile, this will be Huu Games debut as a developer, although publisher Assemble Games is not new to the gaming community and should have ensured that the game is in good working order prior to its release. The game itself is an interesting take on the idea that Overcooked popularized, even bringing us onto an alien cooking competition.

You and your crew will be tasked with serving up everything from shakes, to burgers, to coffee, and much more as you race against time to satisfy your passengers. You’ll even be required to serve food on a UFO at one point, not only for honor but perhaps for more severe stakes as you compete on an alien cooking show to prove that Earth has the best food in the galaxy.

Shakes on a Plane looks like a really fun game for a night in with some friends. Having to work together in the chaotic environment of a plane while things fly at you, passengers are getting in the way, and turbulence is shaking everyone up, sounds like a recipe for a really entertaining gaming session. If you’re looking for something to keep everyone entertained for hours on end, this might be the game for you. Be sure to check it out when it’s release on the Switch on November 12.
