Since the game’s less-than-well-received release, No Man’s Sky has come into its own as a unique survival game. While the game has already seen a variety of diverse updates since its release, the developer behind No Man’s Sky assures us that there is plenty ahead for the year of 2020.
In a development update on the official website for No Man’s Sky, developer Hello Games gave a brief statement about the future of the game as well as how development has gone in recent times.
The update mentions that the team has been acclimating to the work-from-home procedures implemented recently, in tandem with the COVID-19 crisis. Further, the developer posted an image that gave a brief overview of all the updates No Man’s Sky players have witnessed so far, including Atlas Rises, Visions, Beyond, and Pathfinder.
Before discussing the latest updates and patches to No Man’s Sky, the development update mentions that there will be some “ambitious additions” to No Man’s Sky. This includes other plans for 2020 as well.
As mentioned before, No Man’s Sky has shaped up to be a much better game post-release than at release. With updates like the recent one that adds an Exo Mech, the game has expanded considerably, and for players looking to casually explore during this period of isolation, No Man’s Sky may offer a great solution.
