One of gaming’s biggest redemption stories, No Man’s Sky will be landing on Xbox Game Pass this June for both Xbox One and PC. Added to coincide with the new Windows 10 port of the game, the game doesn’t currently have an actual date associated with it. We do know that this version will contain every major update to the game and may even have cross-play.
Hello Games director Sean Murray wrote on Xbox Wire, “It seems like a natural and timely step to announce today that next month, No Man’s Sky will come to Xbox Game Pass, opening up our universe of possibilities to over 10 million Xbox Game Pass members who are just about to start their journey with us.”
After many years, No Man’s Sky is finally a game worth playing. The goal might still be a bit nebulous and meandering, but the addition of multiplayer makes it a lot more enjoyable in short spurts. Having someone else accompany you around the universe to explore distant planets is relaxing.
The system requirements are also not too obscene, so PC players with mid-range hardware should be able to check this out no problem. That should make it easy to convince your friends to jump in.
