The Wii U will divide opinion, or at least the GamePad certainly will. Although we’ve not seen how complete the console is with full internet connectivity, we’re impressed with the exclusive games and how they play. If Nintendo can keep that up then it’s on to a potential winner, but with the GamePad’s shortcomings and both Sony and Microsoft not far away from future console announcements there’s a chance that the Wii U’s life and third party support might dwindle. For now, though, we’re taking it for what it is: a provider of some awesome games, and that’s all that should really matter.
