Quality that cuts it?

To recap

Although better looking than the P7100, the P7700 doesn’t come with an optical viewfinder as its predecessor did. The 28-200mm f/2.0-4.0 equivalent lens is exceptional though, and image quality is also great, but do beware the over-worked bokeh effect from the wider aperture in some conditions. It’s fast, it’s better than any P-series has ever been, but for £500 it’s the strength of more affordable competitors that hold this Nikon back.
