A group of Destiny 2 players have successfully completed the latest Destiny 2 Raid, Spire of Stars, in record-breaking time. The raid team, made up of Chevy, Sweatcicle, Eon, Ferdog, FrankUK, and Indica, has completed the Spire of Stars Raid in an astounding time of 16 minutes and 28 seconds.
Indica has posted the team’s full strategy on the Destiny 2 Reddit page, as well as some videos from the perspectives of the different players. A summary of the strategy that the team used to finish the raid in such a short time is as follows: The team started the Raid as 6 Nightstalkers using St0mp-EE5 for additional sprint speed and jump height. All the team members used Shotguns in the beginning, and their Primary weapons (Kinetic and Elemental) were Midnight Coup and Manannan SR4. For the First Encounter in the raid, the secret was to have 4 players assigned to a plate each, while the other 2 kill enemies in the back.
Even though the team probably had to do the raid a few times in order to be able to do it in such a short time eventually, it is nevertheless a very impressive time in which to finish the Spire of Stars Raid. As the Destiny 2 hype continues, it would be interesting to see whether more players are up to the challenge and if other fireteams can beat this Spire of the Stars run-through time record.
